Horrible experience, I moved from one apartment to another in the same community a month ago and have gotten zero mail delivered after changing my address online and filling out an orange card left in my new mailbox3 weeks ago. On 8/5 I had a green card in my mailbox stating that my mailbox was FULL and that if not picked up by 7/15 the mail would be returned to sender- this was in my mailing on 8/5, yet was dated 7/5. So went in person to to try to figure out where my mail is- the small post office had a line out the door, 2 clerks working where there are 6 windows for service- I waited patiently while the portable ACs barely helped and as I was next an older women politely walked up when the clerk said next! He took her card after seeing me standing and next and I stepped up and exclaimed that I was next and that she jumped the line! I explained to the Philippino gentleman that I moved a month ago and filled out a change of address form online, I also filled out an orange card 3 weeks ago and then received a green card dated 7/5 on 8/5! He argued that they emptied the mailbox on 7/15 as I explained again I have had zero mailed delivered in a month and that FULL mailbox card was placed in a very EMPTY mailbox. I said I know it’s not you but understand this was just put in my mailbox not in July . He told me he couldn’t help me with that but gave me another orange card to fill out with the ppl at the new address! Then he handed the lady who skipped the line an envelope. I left angry, sweaty and disgusted!

This is the worst post office I’ve ever known. I despise living in the area associated with it. They are disorganized, they take ages to serve you, don’t seem to care at all, and they’ve lost my packages I’ve had to come and pick up. I am terrified about missing a package requiring signature because then I would have to go there. I just did, and I didn’t even come out with my package after FORTY minutes. It took the lady more than 5 minutes just to make a photocopy. Are you kidding me??? I would also add that they use my street as a “training street” and our block gets packages delivered to the wrong house all the time.

Almost impossible to make a passport appointment. The instructions on the door say to wait outside as only one family is allowed in. Sat there for 40 minutes until the other person left, to then be told i was late for my appointment. Completely clueless workers.

I've certainly encountered friendly and more efficient staff at other post offices but my main gripe is no garbage cans in the lobby, only recycling bins. All the packaging, sticker backings and label backings just get left on the tables or the floor. I get that it's a small PO but come on man, can't we have one garbage can?!?

You would be responsible for the repair. Yes to your second question but you will need to talk with your postal carrier about the change. Hope this helps.
I do believe that's something they would have to call them. See if she can put a box on the porch

Not sure what you are talking about. If you have a problem with the post office. Why dont you call them
Odd are the USPS won't respond. The answer is 15 Days according to the google search I did, asking the question.
if the building is open you can access the PO boxes
No
The times are under photos for curbside drop off
Yes
Not unless you rented a PO box. Otherwise, you have to go in with ID to pick up your mail by talking to one of the people behind the counter.
