I have lived here for a long time and am very happy. The grounds are safe and maintained. Anytime I have had any problem, i.e. neighbors, maintenance, outdoors ect, everyone in leasing has been very helpful in resolving it. Lisa, Jaci and Jhandra are awesome.

We regret moving here, we thought having a top floor would be quiet but we can hear everything the downstairs neighbors do. If you have bad luck and get bad neighbors, you will hear all thuds, thumps, bangs, cabinets, doors slamming, kids crying until 1am everyday. The manager is extremely rude, so now waiting to reach corporate to solve the noise issue.

We have lived in Cypress Grand for almost 6 months now and I cannot say better things about our community. We have a two bedroom second floor apartment and it’s extremely spacious and beautiful. It’s so quiet and peaceful where we are located as well. The place truly feels like home. The entire office staff and maintenance crews are extremely responsive all of the time. My AC went out once on a Sunday and while I was glad to wait until Monday to get it repaired, the office called and insisted on emergency maintenance and our AC was fixed within 2 hours. Gus in maintenance is one of the sweetest and kind people I’ve ever met. He truly cares about everyone in the community and treats them all as family. The entire team here has been nothing short of incredible. I also feel this is a community of genuinely good people. Everyone we have met either on walks through the beautifully maintained grounds or at the pool, have been so nice. Genuinely happy and kind residents live here. It always blows me away how many wonderful people we have met in our own complex. My husband and I couldn’t be more pleased and look forward to enjoying more time here. We feel we are so lucky and blessed finding this place. Thank you for providing a wonderful home for our family. We truly love it here.

I have lived in Cypress Grand since 2018 and absolutely love it! The amenities and location are fantastic, the grounds are always clean and well kept. The surrounding schools are great wich is one of the reasons I chose the apartments, I have 2 kids that go to Sickles High School and are active with band and school activities. The convenience of them being able to walk to school has been a blessing for me as a single parent. The apartment is spacious, truly feels like a home and the office staff is wonderful and attentive along with maintenance quick to respond to any request. They are like a second family.
