This hotel has no elevator, so we were able to stay in a poolside room. Our room, however, wasn't what we thought it would be. The beds were small, and there were stains on one of the sheets. The pool patrons weren't very considerate of others. Their breakfast was good, but the disadvantages of this facility outweighed the benefits.

Positive: We needed a room last minute. The price was fair and you are pet friendly. Negative: The front desk believed that she couldn't take a gift card because it didn't have a name. I told her to double check with her manager. I understand the policy for credit cards but gift cards should be excepted.

Stayed in pool side rooms. Ants coming through the floor by pool, no patio furniture by pool side, bathtub in room wouldn’t drain had 6” of standing water. Paid full price for a half price service. Left early wouldn’t recommend

Positive: The pool was nice. Negative: Need better description of room location. Outside entrance room is fine when the weather is nice but when it's 10 degrees outside and you have to go outside to get to your room from the pool is not great. A public restroom close to the pool is needed.
