Update #2- We have had all our items for 9 months now. We have had to contact customer service 5 times now to have things fixed and it takes more than an hour to get a representative on the phone each time. The fabric we were told was stain resistant and would be great for our kids and dog… it looks dingy and dirty all the time no matter how much I wipe it clean. The back tailgates to our sofa and loveseat fall off all the time leaving the couches looking unfinished. When we tried the couch in the store it was so comfortable you felt like it was hugging you and you wouldn’t want to get up… what we received is hard and the cushions are lopsided leaving your back sore. We thought at first they needed to be broken in but it has only gotten worse. I will not be returning to this store… our cheap sectional from living spaces is more comfortable then these. We have only been let down by la-z-boy in the last year and a half. I would suggest going elsewhere for furniture. Update - It now has been 10 almost 11 months since we ordered with this store. We have not received our items. The communication has been very limited and as other reviewers said they don’t answer your questions or say they will be in contact and you don’t hear anything until you reach out to them. I tried to contact corporate and they referred me to the store manager who states he is unable to give discounts due to the delay. Our order was a large design and they could care less. The products we tried in store were wonderful but we were told 4-6 months when we ordered. We understand the delays due to COVID but in no way have we felt appreciated. We have even gone to the store to pick items up from our order so we would not have to wait as long for them. We were so very excited to have the design done. There have been items we saw in store we wanted to go back to purchase but at this time we will not be returning to this store. Original Post- Bryan and Melissa were amazing as a design team. They really listened to what we wanted and didn’t make us feel pressured into buying anything we didn’t like.

This review is related to the sales experience as I have not received my product yet...when I get my chair I'll provide additional comments. My Furnishings Consultant provided me with an excellent in-store experience. He was friendly, personable and well versed in the product I was seeking. He wasn't pushy. He was patient and carefully explained my options. He gave me a print out to take home so I could further consider the purchase that I ultimately made based on the service he provided.

We had Chris help us today. He patiently showed us several couches that would meet our needs. We were also interested in pet friendly material and he showed us a swatch sampler. This helped us pick out the type of material and color. Finally he explained the process of custom making our couch and the price.

The whole experience at La-Z-Boy was great! Stacy took the time to listen to us and understand what we were looking for. She was very informative and explained the process to us. Everyone there was great! We can't wait to get our new recliner!
