National Pawn does not lend money responsibly. They give a low ball price on your expensive jewelry and expect it to be paid off in thirty days plus interest and other fees. Your payments do not go to principle They just renew your thirty day contract expecting you to pay again interest and fees and keeping your expensive jewelry! They expect you to relinquish your expensive jewelry as it is impossible to keep paying fees and interest for them not to sell your jewelry! They are cut throat and unethical! In two years I have paid them more than the principle loan amount but they will not release the jewelry to me. They are in business for themselves only. National Pawn is greedy. Do not get a loan here.

Melinda hooked me up with a deal on THE guitar amp I've been trying to talk myself out of buying new for some time now. I normally avoid Pawn shops altogether on principle, but they had the best price I could find anywhere, online included, and then took $20 off it. Held it for me til I could get there. Was friendly and helpful. Smooth transaction that didn't leave me with the usual grimy pawn shop feeling. Despite my usual policy of not buying from pawn shops, she gave me an offer I couldn't refuse, so I had to do it. Would recommend. On a side note, they had a Spanish speaking salesman there who was working with a customer who didn't speak English. I thought that was a really nice touch. Must be difficult to get by in a place where you don't speak the language. Shows a desire to provide good customer service which is usually not even a thing in a pawn shop.

Came into today sale some stuff and buy a new amp and was surprised how helpful and generous their staff was. Melinda was my primary sales rep and she was absolutely amazing. Highly recommended this place.

Due to my health I needed to sell my very nice sewing embroidery machine. I could have done it but just didn't feel like it. I called around, went to a few other places no one interested. Today the staff was willing to take a look and listen. All so very nice and professional !!! Also the cleanest neatest pawn dealership I've ever been in !!!! If you want excellent service this is the only place to go for!!!!!!
