I’ve been to Ray Floyds auctions on numerous occasions and everything is legit and from what I can tell, treats everyone fairly and with respect.. he has sold furniture for me out of his shop and charged a very reasonable percentage.. have never had any issue getting paid and just had an all around positive experience- I don’t ever write reviews but Ray went above and beyond to help me so this is the least I can do.. 100% recommended

My Wife and I are having to clear her fathers house out after his passing in February. Ray looked at the home and agreed to help us with the enormous chore by removing and auctioning the items, the family didn't want.. Over the last few weeks various family members removed the items that was near and dear to there hearts. Ray Floyd was scheduled today June 25th to remove all remaining items and auction them on his website. Ray stopped by yesterday for a final look before helping us today. Ray spent 2-3 minutes walking throughout the house and told he would call me later in the afternoon. I have called him several times and have NOT been able to reach him, leaving several messages. As of 8:48 PM I have had NO return call from him. WARNING! He has no system of accountability when he removes items from your home! He agreed to sign whatever list I might want to generate, but he does nothing. Apparently after doing his 2-3 minute walk, Ray determine it wasn't worth his time. Thats OK, But at least communicat with the persons you are dropping. We interviewed 1 other company, Caring Transitions, wish we had used them.

Floyd Auctions did an good job auctioning our restaurant equipment(Gusto Grille). My sincere thanks goes out to them. Ray Floyd is a hard working and honest man and he delivered what he promised. They took the time and arranged and staged everything. I would recommend Floyd Auctions to everyone. His helpers are also top notch.

Really had a good experience at one of Floyd's Auction Estate sales. Got some rare finds and at a good price. Rates were very reasonable , and I really had an enjoyable day.
