Napa Auto has 15-20% more parts than its competitors. Also, the workers in the 2 Napa stores I've been too seemed to be more polite, knowledgeable and more willing to help you personally. Based on situation to situation. 5 stars!

NC Governor mandated rules
I would recommend a canvas shop. There is not a conditioner that I am aware of the will work miracles on a dried out top. Lots of products to increase the longevity though.
