**BEWARE** Michael Phelps, with the painted fingernails. My wife and I bought two items from Michael Phelps and then my wife ran back in to return one. She went in by herself while I waited outside. When she went back inside, Michael Phelps came out from behind the counter and was whispering to my wife and asked how much she weighed and if she worked out. My wife came back outside feeling extremely uncomfortable and told me while we were on the road away from the store. I called in and told the manager Chris and said I don’t feel comfortable continuing to buy parts from this location if Michael Phelps is working there. I have been a patron for almost 6 years and will certainly have to take my business somewhere else.

It was raining and I needed a wiper. The gentleman said no problem and came out in the rain and put it on my car! Thank you so much!

Lazy & uninformed tech. I had been getting a new light bulb every 1.5 years for 8 years from this franchise all over the country, including the other one in this town. The tech in this store REFUSED to install a headlight bulb bc my car is a hybrid, even though his peer at the other store (US 17)& the USA did it it in 1-2 minutes and not make up a terrible excuse so he does not have to get his hand dirty. If it deals with the main battery, i'd understand, but a light bulb is not an excuse not to touch the car. update: do not bother to write to them, because their customer replies are standard: "We thank you for contacting us back and are sorry to hear you have not been contacted. Your additional comments have been forwarded to the regional management team in your area for review. You will be contacted within 24 hours." It had been 2 weeks since the local & regional was told about this issue & they still did not contact me; apparently the MANAGEMENT DO NOT CARE.

Yes just found out today a friend went in to exchange a part and manager started to cuss at him and threw his name tag at him and when my friend went to take a picture of name tag on his iPhone he hit the phone into my friends face.... well with iPhone it takes a lil video as pic being taken ... and shows the whole hit ect... the other store employee then told my friend that he saw nothing... Going To Get Lawyer's to show the encounter just wanted you all to know what that store promotes
