This place is slow as molasses, make sure you get there on time for your appointment or they push you to the back of the bus. Don't show up early they'll make you wait. I got there early had to wait for my appointment and to get loaded was 3 hours.
They are an appointment only. Appointment hours are 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. and every appointment has a 1 hour check in window. They will allow early check-in when it is not too busy. The earlier you arrive in the morning the more likely they will check you in early, however you may be asked to return during your appointment window.
