1st and last time picking up from here. I dropped my trailer on the dock door at 12:30 pm for a 13:00 appointment. It’s 17:50 and they still haven’t called me. Places like this will only do if you let them. Stop hauling their freight and watch them start to be mindful of other people times. So if you’re an O/Op reject the load because you’ll be waiting all day.

24/7 delivery it is a real small space to park the trailer if the trailer spots along the fence are full good luck my friend turning that truck around 🧐🧐

A/C American Standard platinum 20 series. If you live in Texas don’t buy one of these units it runs for 15-20 hours a day with thermostat at 78F. They say it’s supposed to run all the time it’s more efficient yes but it’s supposed to run at the low variable speed mode it runs that way for 3-5 hours then for 10-13 hours runs at 100% I don’t see how this is efficient Master-tech is supposed to come back out and put new ductwork in which is more money and look at the system again if you live we’re it only gets in low 90s you might be happy with this unit at least the heater works good and filtration is good. Trying to get service people out and to get them on the phone has taken over a month and a half. Very disappointed in American Standards dealers even went online and used there find a dealer and have them contact me nothing.

Trailer should've been ready for pickup at midnight, arrived at 915 am, and told it would be 2 hours. Came back at 1115am told another 2 hours. I snuck around back and looked In my Trailer, They haven't even started loading. I don't know what happened to this place but it has gone down hill. Everyone wants more money but does half the work.thanks America standard for wasting what little precious hours I have left. Update, 135pm and still no loaded trailer. People here just lie and say we got someone working on it.
