Refrigerator never got delivered. I spent an entire day waiting on my refrigerator. We called several times and we’re told we were the next stop. They never delivered it. The final time we called we were told that the driver returned it to the store and we need to reschedule. Talked to the manager said nothing he could do except try to get it delivered the next day. There was no attempt to make this right.

Lowes is a very good place to get your stuff for any project the prices are low and they are very helpful.

Had bought a craftsman chain saw. Didn't work and run correctly. Lowe's exchanged it and it runs great.

My garage door opener fried the motor after 19 years. I scanned all the big box hardware stores and Lowes had the best prices and selection of the brands I trust. Got to the area in the store where they were located. Was comparing what I wanted. There is a desk nearby for door sales. The salesperson noticed I was looking at a certain model and he said for $29 more I could get the battery backup. Glad he said something. It is a great feature these days. I am very happy with the new features.
