D Anthony was absolutely fantastic! Some of the nursing staff was good! 1, maybe CNA, listening to her music with ear buds on & she didn’t care what anyone said, didn’t clean my dad up after soiling himself & would never set his bedside table up so he could eat! She’d hand the food tray to a visitor to put on the bedside table. That is absolutely wrong of her to be in a field where she’s supposed to take care of people! So, 1 bad person is why I gave the low rating! But, the other staff was caring & compassionate!

They tried to give my 90+ year old aunt someone else's medications also they responded to being called and yet didn't take care of her hygiene needs until morning. We took her out immediately.

Do not recommend! Please do not send anyone here.This place abused my elderly family member. Made her sit in the same diaper all day and night . And gave her the wrong meds that could have killed her. I am soooo angry!

If I could give a negative star it would be a negative 100 stars. This place is disgusting. My 92 year old Aunt went there and barely made it through one night. They gave her the wrong meds and thankfully my Aunt knew they weren’t hers and refused to take them. After she said they weren’t hers The staff member said they were for another patient You ring for help and they MAY come in an hour and they may not come at all. She is bed ridden (very little mobility) and rang for help, she needed a bedpan. No one came. She finally attempted to reach the bedside commode, a staff member saw her and told her she was not to get up. Basically the staff member did not help her with a bedpan, she laid in soiled sheets all night. Sending someone there is a death sentence. This is the Liberty MO location next to Liberty Hospital.
