It's actually a great option if you're looking for a quiet getaway. There's only a few rooms, so it's never too crowded. Full bar available and lots of restaurants within a couple miles of the inn. Now through the end of March doesn't have many events, so it's a great time to come visit the winery!
They have free wine tasting still as of 11/2019. They just have it at the bar, so if it's full you may have to wait for a seat.
I've never seen a ghost and I have made many visits although I have not stayed the night. George, the real cadiver, and the old cemetary in the back are the creepiest aspects to me.
It absolutely was an orphanage. Take a tour if you can. The owner is usually there and you can ask him about the property. I also suggest you take a paranormal tour that they offer. I have done the paranormal investigations several times and stayed there over night.
I'm not sure, I don't work there, I went there for a wedding...it's a winery, I would think they would sell their own wines...
