I am usually so careful when I shop. I did not look into Big Bob's very well I guess. The sales reps in office were friendly and helpful, but the installers! I felt very uncomfortable with the men that came. They could not speak any English. At all. They messed up a section of carpet and I now have a seam right in the middle of the room's threshold extending about 5 feet into the room. The direction of the carpet grains changed in the large game room that they installed carpet in. Some of the carpeting on the stairs is not well tacked. In other places I've jabbed my heal into tacks a couple of times going down the stairs. Any problems that I saw I couldn't even discuss with the men and I couldn't ask them any questions because I don't speak Spanish and they didn't speak English. I will not use Big Bob's ever again and I do not recommend them.

I really liked it. Just happened to be out that way and looked up some pinball stuff which they have. I played while the food came out and then food and then play some more. Plus my patty melt sandwich was very good love the marble on the Rye. I dig it

We only sell brand new carpet. Yes, you can buy the carpet only and install it yourself.
