Normally I like this place been going here for many years, but tonight the main older lady I see at register all the time was disrespectful and ignored everyone. Teenage kid at reg 2 light was on had a line of about 5 customers, reg 2 light on but both employees were at other counter talking to a guy, the kid says I'm backed up, and the older woman In front of everyone says "we're busy deal with it". Seriously embarrassing the employee in front of everyone. 1 customer said something, she didn't care. Lost my respect and my business. I support local but if that's how u treat not only customers but your employees, nope I won't shop there. I work in customer service and the first rule is customer courtesy, you don't ignore customers. And you don't treat others that way, especially in front of people.
