They listen and give excellent advice as well as loving your fur baby like you do.

I have been bringing my dog here for years and they have always been excellent. After an emergency they followed up personally to make sure she was doing OK. They have gone above and beyond every time. They are quick, efficient, kind, and affordable. I recently moved to Austin and called maybe 15 clinics and no one would see her for a paw injury. So on my drive back north I called Hillside and they had room same & next day. They even reviewed a video of her paw via email the day before to make sure it wasn’t urgent. Hillside is the best. I tell everyone in Dallas about them.

Yes this place is fantastic! They're very caring and loving towards the animals let me treat you like a customer and a person not a number. I'll say a few prayers for your kitty. I know it's very stressful. One of my cats had something very similar. Had it removed turned out to be nothing. I'll pray the same for you.
Yes they are
This is why veterinarians exist.
Keisha, they are open 24/7. You can call right now. Suzanne is correct in that they do not charge extra for anything that would be considered "after-hours" at another vet. I have found that they have amazing vets and techs at all hours.
They don't have an emergency fee, but an exam is around 125, 150. You can call and they can give an estimate. I like that they are open 24/7
Is the cat still eating and drinking after vomiting? My cat did that too for a while, and I had to put him on prescription GI food. Hillside also has some hairball gel they can eat to help with hairballs.
Contact ASPCA. They can sometimes help with medical bills. Also try to apply for Care Credit or Scratchpay
You know what I am not sure on that one.. just got to pets smart and they will do it..
I wouldn't know that. My suggestion would be for you to go ahead and call them maybe they could give you an amount or close to the correct amount.
Find out if the puppy is sick. Parisites are possible. I would call different vets and your city animal shelter asking if they know of low cost clinic.
Call hillside or bring them to hillside
I am not sure. I pay $350.00 for my greyhound.
I'm sure...they can.
The vet tech always comes in first before the vet. It usually depends on what needs to be done such as tests. Usually it's 125 or more.
You pay per visit but I'm sure they have other forms of payment plans available.
Yes it is 24 hours we had about a free hour wait in the late evening time... But I will caution you don't let your dog lick the floor or spend too much time there if you can help it because our dog contracted kennel cough and the facility what's no longer helpful when we confronted them about it
I didn't know about the care credit, that sounds good. Use peroxide and triple antibiotic cream until you get to the vet.
I've only been after hours. Pricing seems reasonable and staff is so compassionate
You should just call them and ask, they'll explain the clinic, like the other person mentioned, and can probably quote you the price then and there. Also, they're a 24/7 vet, so you can call whenever. If you really don't want to or can't call them though, check their website, it might have the information.
Georgette Oden, I understand you're not being hateful. We got her from our neighbors because they couldn't take care of her. We didnt expect for her to contract parvo, and we dont have very many bills every month, and we have enough to get our usual bills paid, as well as get our pups their needs as well as get their vet visits paid every month. I was just wondering how much it would be here, if it would be cheaper here versus where we usually go.
Take them up there. They will determine if the dog needs to be seen right away or not. Mine was bleeding from the mouth. They took her right back and ran some quick test to determine she needed care immediately.
I would think they could and would be able to treat a bunny
I thought it was going to be expensive but no it's actually affordable.
there is a $70 fee for exam with doctor. Any diagnostics and medications extra. The $70 exam is very low for an emergency clinic
If you have decent credit you could try CareCredit. They don't charge interest for a year, it would be a fairly easy pay off.
Hillside does care credit. It's basically a loan with a 3rd party. You can always call them and ask if they have any programs for low income situations. Sometimes there are hardship grants and foundations that can help. There are very few vets who allow in-clinic payment arrangements anymore. It's too hard to keep up with and enforce payments and Care Credit does everything for them.
Not sure. They are very reasonable. Give them a call and ask them.
Im not sure about the payment plan. Most service payments are due at the time of departure. You shoukd call and ask. Unless you have pet insurance
Our Doctors can do most sugeries. If its something they can't do, they will refer you to the right Dr.
