I visited Casa Linda on 5/25 for a stray cat I rescued a few nights ago during the rain and thunderstorm after him coming to my patio and meowing for weeks. I thought y'all really cared about any animal’s well-being and rubbed me the very wrong way that Casa Linda refused to help me with this stray’s emergency procedures for him to feel better soon. I never asked for free service, I never asked for discounted service- I only asked if a payment plan is possible because the timing was so bad for this kitty to come into my life and I didn’t have the extra $400-500 you estimated for me which probably would have been even higher as when Dr. Meyers told me they wouldn’t charge for the nail trim, but I was still charged for it anyway. I’m really not after $10 but the “talk one way, walk the other way” thats going on there is disgusting. It’s very disturbing that money is a higher priority than an animal’s well-being. If I’m being honest, I switched to your clinic because my friend is a Dr there- I just never tried hard to merge my calendar with her - but I can continue my friendship without Casa Linda and not even feel bad. I’ve been a client of your clinic for a few years now and I’ve dropped good money on stuff that’s not always routine for my cat of 13 years. It’s not like I’m some random person, I literally dropped $1100 a few months ago for Nyx over nothing - without blinking. For real, now that I’m thinking- was it really necessary for me to spend $1100 to do endless tests, just for y’all to tell me she was perfectly healthy? I feel like the love for a pet owner has for their animal equals to ripping off their money for y’all. Shame on anyone who backs this mentality. I was able to find help from my DFW Humane shelter I volunteer with and I will not even bring Nyx to your clinic anymore as any trust I had for Casa Linda has been successfully destroyed from something so simple. And then sending me emails asking for my opinion? There. Now you have it. I hope y’all really read every comment and take word for improvement but I highly doubt that. UPDATE: they called me from the clinic to turn the situation around, when I answered the phone the female doctor laughed once I confirmed my name. I’m happy to share the phone call recording for whoever wants to hear who these people really are. They’re just a bunch of money hungry scammers who can’t even speak the truth. Good thing I have the habit to record phone calls when things go south so they can try to turn this around all they want - feel free to Google my name, reach out to me and I’ll send the Google drive link.

Dr. Buch and Dr. Vrla. Everyone here has been nothing but kind and compassionate to my fur kids and I. I have never been more thankful. You have all changed my life and my animals lives by providing the best care possible to us every visit we've had. I couldn't be more grateful for you all. Every time I tell my family and friends about your practice they say you must be the best of the best for the care you've provided my family members. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything.

I was able to treat my baby with them , kinda like payments, they recommended a credit card name , Care credit i belive... if you were to apply and get accepted they will take it the same day it u got approved, all you need is the car number and that's all.
Honestly don't know but.. You can call them they will answer your question honesty they do care about your pet well fair of health
Depends on what your baby needs. My two cats for their annual is just under $600. One had an emergency a couple weeks ago and spent $500 because she needed fluids, meds, and prescribed diet food.
No payment plans however they do accept care credit.
