Lots of parking large facility so not handicap friendly. Even getting dropped off you still need to walk a ways to get to your appointment.

Your doctors and staff its 5 stars....but your contractor that receive calls for make appointments its one star. Always want give me appointments so far 1-2 months for my kids or for me. Please explain this receptionist that if we call for appointment is because something is happening. Before covid they did the same so its the only issue with this place. Begore the covid always i did app in office and to many spaces available but by pobe call all appas that offer so far

The hospital service is good. The doctors and the staff are very good. Easy to get appointment with specialist. The care and treatment for my broken arm was excellent. The insurance department is not upto the mark. Even after collecting full amount due before doctor appointment, after 2 weeks again you will get a bill for it. It will take hours to get in line with them and need to go through all the pain again to clarify that we already paid. The worst insurance department I ever experienced.

We went to the brand new Mill Valle location today. We went online to check hours and found out we were able to make an appointment online. Fantastic! We walked in and were seen quickly. The facility is gorgeous and super clean. My daughter has an ear infection and was even able to get her prescription filled there! Did I mention there is a kids table with two i Pads and tons of games on them! It was hard to get my kid out of there! So happy to have such a wonderful resource in our backyard!
