Bank cancles important business checking account creation and they call you and don't tell you a reason why then expect you to call back. When you call back no one picks up the phone or leaves an email. On top of all of this I have to have a 2nd person come with for the signing and it screws them out of their time as well. Extremely frustrating.

Tried to open a new acct, only one employee working. Bank was empty, was given a future appointment one month ahead. If this is how they threat you before you start, how will it be afterwards.

Went inside at teller Her Name was Ashley she had an attitude and was not in a good mood I guess and I was on my lunch break and needed to take money out as well as I was trying to get a Temporary card cause I had to block my card for fraud and I asked her that and she said in a mean tone I have to make an appointment..so I just took my money out she kept talking to the other Teller about something about food and I'm like Hello I need to hurry up and go I need my money please this was not a Great experience at this Location at all and I been a value customer for a few years come on Wells Fargo make sure your staff understands excellent customer service and if they are not having a good day to please stay Home or change their attitude to provide a great guest experience
