I am astonished by how long it takes to go through the drive thru. Do the drive thru tellers handle the customers inside the bank as well? This might explain the time it takes, otherwise they need to step up their customer service and get folks that can move customers along

Easily location I’ve ever been to. I make business deposits regularly (multiple times a week) and give this place a chance once in awhile but it’s guaranteed to take at least 25 minutes to do a simple deposit. I drive miles further just to go to a location that doesn’t take that much time. Just I pulled up to a drive through (first person in line) so I was hopeful. 20 minutes later and I’m still sitting in the drive. Make sure you plan your day around the time it takes to do a simple transaction here. January 2022 update still the slowest bank I’ve been to ever. Only car in the line and sent my deposit in over 10 minutes ago and still waiting.

Incredible bad service, I’ve been a Wells Fargo cust since 2003 and the way I was treated is very poor. I walked into the branch and no cust inside I was told to come back in two hours because they were busy, after I was back the manager and service manager were unhelpful, they just said nothing we can do and refused to help.

I go to this branch a few times a week over the past 6 years and they are polite and go out of their way to help. The overall experience reminds me of the the way banking was when i was much younger. They learn your name, take interest in you, not pushy on services and try to help. The always have lots of employees working and lots of customers. The have been helpful with my business and personal banking. I read some of the other reviews and have never seen anything like what they describe. Some their general adverting signs are in Spanish, but the topics are easy to understand even if your spanish is zero, like mine. One of my reasons for staying with wells fargo for so long is this branch!
