Don’t book appointment after 5 pm. This is my second time I booked appointment for tire rotation. And I drive 20 minutes to get the shop. And your employee is saying we are not accepting appointments after 5 pm . Then why you’re not blocking to take online appointments. I’m really frustrated. I leave my work and spend 1 hr. So much disappointed. You guys should shut down your business

One of the employees gave me incorrect information about fixing and electrical problem and set an appointment for a service that Firestone couldn't perform. When I got the the store, Gia not only apologized for the wrong information, but bent over backwards to work with a local electrical shop to complete the repairs and to make payment convenient for me. Even David, who originally gave me the wrong information, fully redeemed himself in my eyes by giving providing me with constant updates and essentially shepherding my car through the entire process. I was initially very upset with Firestone, but everyone makes mistakes, and it was truly inspiring to see the lengths to which they went to correct their mistake and keep their longtime customer happy.

In/Out same day wait or get ride. Kept me updated. Explained what work was recommended & why. Which allowed me to make an informed choice on each thing. Bring ccel charger & your own drinks/snacks if waiting. Even has a work station if you have a laptop/tablet. So very grateful for the results to my vehicle.

UPDATE: 9/29/2022. 9/22: They would not look at truck until I pleaded. They insisted on an "full service" appointment. I made an appointment. A new manager said they would not honor the written warranty a prior manager had made. She said this 8 times. I counted very specifically. She looked at tires for 2 minutes total while she talked for 10++ minutes, repeating herself 8 times and interrupting me every time I tried to talk. If I want them to honor warranty, I will have to sue them. Then after having made this second trip, she walked off without taking the keys to do any of the other "items" they were supposed to do as part of my "appointment". Tires roll downhill. for sure Older review a few years ago. Now, almost a year later. Still unpleasant, surly, not helpful, it was like pulling teeth to find out if I had a warranty to cover flat tire. AND, I have to remove hubcaps to fill tires with air and THEY blame it on FORD. Used to be great but have lost 2 managers over last 5-10 years, and are now incompetent, I suggest going to NW hiway or whatever is closest to you

Just call your local firestone and set up an appointment for a vehicle inspection
Depends. If you bought the troubled tire from firestone: patching is free; if has warranty, $30 covered replacement (in my case).
Afternoon is really slow
