If this is a 3bed/1bath home then the houseclenaing would be 231.00. Dallas Maids regular one-time cleaning for a 3bed/2bath is 179.00. For a 3bed/1bath it is 154.00. Discounts are offered for recurring service: 15% OFF for bi-weekly and 20% OFF for weekly. Therefore weekly cleaning for a 3bed/2bath and 3bed/1bath home are $143.20 and $123.20 respectively. While we know schedules can change quickly, rescheduling or skipping a cleaning service appointment with short notice causes great stress for our home cleaners. We want to eliminate as much stress for them so they can focus on their job – making you, our customer happy! Therefore, fees apply when bookings are cancelled or rescheduled. Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for all cancellations otherwise a $70.00 fee is applied.

What if something valuable was broken when the maids cleaned my home?

We treat your home with as much care as if it was our own, and of course we carry insurance if there is an unfortunate mishap. If you have any irreplaceable or high value items in your home, please notify us so we do not risk damaging them. We assume no liability for damage or loss of items that are not secured in a proper manner, or previously damaged before cleaning. (Example: heavy pictures hanging from thumbtacks, or dings in furniture that were there before we cleaned). Further, we will assume no liability for damage or loss caused by the negligence of the Customer. Damage caused our cleaning team will be reported by the team immediately. They know they will never get in trouble for accidents. Then, our office staff will work feverishly to fix or replace the item. We pride ourselves on taking care of our customers in that respect. Real world example: Paying $500.00 to fix a $10 teacup because of it's sentimental value (Deceased grandma's present to client) is no issue at all!

Do I have to be home when you clean?

For a first-time cleaning, we recommend that you meet the professional house cleaners at your home so you can show them around and watch the quality of their work. However, if you cannot be present, that is fine too. Most of our regular clients prefer to give us a key so we can clean when they are away. All keys are secured when not in use. If you wish to hide a key on your premises, please call the office with the location or place it in "Special instructions" under "Anything else the Cleaner should know?" when ordering maid service online so we can notify the cleaning team prior to their arrival.
