Hey PHP, if my injuries have worsened because of YOUR negligence, Im hiring an Attorney! PHP is an Incompetent joke and its Employees are USELESS. Firstly, Your Advice Nurses don't know where Urgent Care or an ER is! How is that possible? You provide insurance for healthcare but don't know where I need to go to get said care. 3 Nurses, an hour of my time, uselessly wasted. No-one at this entire company is available after 5pm. How does that make any sense if anyone insured by you has a job? You think my Employer is cool with me spending an hour on the phone with you during my workday? I spoke with a Members Services Agent a few months ago and confirmed valid insurance for a year, 2 months later Im at an Urgent Care and told it was cancelled in April. What? I was in a car crash on Tuesday, Wednesday no-one knows where Urgent care is, today, Thursday Urgent Care will have to bill me because my insurance was cancelled. I cant even file a Grievance because I cant login with cancelled insurance credentials. Guess what, if my injuries have worsened because of YOUR negligence, Im hiring an Attorney! Let's see if the 3rd day after injury is the charm to be seen by a Doctor. I don't believe in going to Emergency for a non-emergency but that may be my only option. See you in Court!

Partnership Health Plan of California doesn’t have enough resources when it comes to choosing adequate health care even though they’re paid millions by the state of California. If you can afford it or not just go with covered California that way you will have more access to qualified healthcare professionals who actually care about you and your condition. Partnership health plan is a scam of a company who needs it’s contract snatched away immediately by The Department of Health Care Services and never get it back. *EDIT* These low down dirty dogs are being sued for HIPPA violation because their computer systems was hacked way back in March. They were threatened with a hack back in August 2021 but none of the idiots at partnership took it serious. Every single person who has this poor of an excuse health plan had all their information stolen and sold on the dark web. Partnership didn’t even bother to notify members and still haven’t 2 months later.

I found out this organization was HACKED. Yes folks, the personal info of us members (850,000 or so) has been retrieved by hackers. Don’t blame the hackers, blame this totally state-funded (ie. our tax money) organization run by incompetent leaders who simply take care of their friends/family and just love to uphold the status quo in their lazy kingdom called Partnership Health Plan.. Members you should sue these people who entrusted the security of your personal info to their key IT security person who doesn’t know a thing about security, unless it’s the security of being the network director’s girlfriend. Yep you heard that right, and the c-suite knows of all this and more. You hear that, board members? Hold these people accountable!
