Just bought a car from this dealership. It is overall an unhappy experience. The salesperson behaves like a security guard. Customer is not treated with basic respect. She charged $1000 for preparation fee, but I don't see any effort of cleaning and preparation, even the tank was just half filled.

The prices they show online mean very little. Unlike other dealers that have prep fees already bundled into the price, they guys try to charge them afterwards. Moreover, they are subject to the whim of the sale person. The prep fees on a one car one week were $500. The next week they were suddenly $1000 on the exact same car! If you buy a vehicle from them make sure you go over the numbers very carefully before you agree to anything.
