Water is gross and low pressure. They also control your AC in all apartments. They keep it at climate control temperatures. Just below 80. So 79. It's miserable. It's gross. I reminders me of a local dirty convenience store. That always lue and say the AC is broke and the bathrooms are not available to customers. Isn't there a code enforcement principalities around here.

I have been a resident of U Lake since 2015. I genuinely enjoy being a resident here because the rent is affordable, and the leasing office staff is very friendly and helpful. I never once felt uncomfortable going to talk to any of them. Also, the maintenance staff is very outgoing, friendly, and their turnaround time is outstanding. The staff really appreciates their long-term residents and really makes them feel at home. Finally, I enjoy using all of the amenities such as the pool and the fitness center. Thank you U Lake for your outstanding services and accommodations! Here's to another 7 years! 😀

I chose to live here because of the amenities offered and the 2 bedroom furnished apartments. The community seems super good and quiet as well as the monthly rent was pretty good in which tied it all together. I believe it will be a great experience for me moving out for the first time.

BEWARE, this place has MAJOR communication issues. After applying for a 1 bedroom, I was specifically told NOT to sign the lease that was sent to me a few hrs after submitting the application and to wait for an email from the leasing office telling me to sign, even though the 1 bedroom apartments were first come, first serve. A few days later, I get an email saying the 1 bedrooms are sold out. I called Ulake as soon as possible and was told by a different person that I actually WAS supposed to sign the lease as soon as I got it. Even though I told her that a leasing agent told me just a few days prior to not sign the lease until getting an email saying I could (which I never got), I was now being told that there was nothing they or I could do (other than be put on a waitlist that did not guarantee me a unit) and my potential apartment and nonrefundable application fee was lost. She even admitted that since there was a change in new management that there needs to better communication with her team. It's very unfortunate that the leasing office's poor communication skills have now led prospective tenants like myself to lose out on an apartment and more than $200. Thankfully, I (and any other applicants this happened to) dodged a bullet with this apartment since who knows what other major mistakes have been made or yet to be made, costing residents time and money.
