Halo 46 is a dream! So grateful for the staff who are so responsive when we need it. My roommates and I have had great experiences with Roger, who has always prioritized our needs and makes sure we are taken care of. He really went out of his way for help!

I do not currently live at halo but I recently had a tour from a very considerate employee, Roger. Super welcoming and offered a lot of great information about the apartment spaces and facilities within the complex as a whole. Great customer service, halo is on the top of my list!

I absolutely love living here. It’s brilliant, it’s fantastic, it’s all you can hope for. I usually run into Roger coming in and out of the building and let me tell you, the lad is absolute class. He’s helped me with little issues I’ve had like my key not working, Uber eats orders, etc. This is a top lad. I enjoy my living space, I highly recommend! And be nice to Rog, he’s a good mate

If you’re looking for somewhere to sign for 2022 run far away! I’ve only been here for 7 months and it’s the worst decision i’ve ever made. The parking garage is at least a 5 minute walk from your apartment. The parking garage is really tight and also does not have security cameras. I’ve seen multiple accidents and multiple people have hit my car before. Our HVAC has been broken since we moved in and our heater has never been working and “maintenance”, who are literally just students who live here, told us on cold nights to just turn off the A/C. Maintenance comes into rooms without notice and doesn’t fix anything at all. There have been several nights where my roommates, our animals, and I have been shivering falling asleep. Contacting management won’t help either all she’ll say is “Sorry! I’ll let maintenance know.” Then the same cycle happens where they don’t do anything. The washer and dryer are horrible and you have to dry your clothes for 3 cycles before they’re actually dry. If you have a dog beware nobody has leashes here. Some guy on the 4th floor with a black poodle let’s his dog go on the stairs and there’s dog maneuver and pee to step on everyday. The gym here consists of tons of guests who don’t live here and hog machines. There’s glass or trash in the staircases everyday. The hallways smell like pee or horse maneuver depends which ones you live in. You’ll get an infestation of fruit flies every 2 months. Not to mention almost everyone at the front desk is extremely rude and unhelpful except Demi and Jaden. If you plan on moving here consider spending $50 more for an apartment that actually works and is convenient. Also I added a photo of a random man that sleeps on the couch in the mail room.
