I moved in to reflections about 11 months ago and it started off fine, however, as the year progressed problems kept popping up. First my roommate got mold all over the stuff in her closet, her bed, and all along the window, she called maintenance and they came in but they only wiped it off with a paper towel and did not properly treat the mold. Then one of our other roommates moved out and they were trying to find someone to occupy the room, which is fine, however there were random people entering our apartment without any notice, people would just unlock our apartment door and walk in, we had complained to them multiple times that we were uncomfortable with random people entering our apartment to which they would say they would notify us but they did not. They eventually stopped randomly entering when my roommate got COVID, then we started getting German cockroaches even though our apartment was not dirty and we have tried everything to get rid of them, as well as the office spraying for them, however, they will not go away due to them coming from another apartment in the building. It is very frustrating and there are for sure better apartments out there.

I wouldn’t recommend living here unless you’d like disease carrying pests in your home. Due to a hole in our wall we had a bat enter in our house and land in the bed of one of my roommates where it later bit her as well as another person. Maintenance as well as the leasing specialist and property manager showed no urgency in getting the bat removed from our home as it wasn’t considered an emergency. It was in our house for a total of 4 days before it was found dead. The amount of stress and toll this incident has taken on our mental health has been huge especially after finding out our entire apartment has to get rabies shots from the health department. We now have to take off of work and school to take a series of these shots which are extremely painful and have strong side effects. All they could offer us was a $100 off our rent as compensation. They haven’t even issued a cleaning company to disinfect our house from possible disease that was spread throughout the house. Customer service and treatment throughout this situation has been terrible I wouldn’t wish this experience upon anybody.

Reflections is the best student apartment complex I have lived in or visited thus far! Amenities and appliances are super nice and the bedrooms are pretty spacious. The staff is always so friendly and will actually help you resolve your issues in a timely manner.

I was supposed to live at another Collier Companies location, but they mistakenly signed two people to the same lease. With no place to live, Scott welcomed me with open arms and made the move in process as easy as possible at Reflections Apartments. The staff here truly cares. Ava is also a pleasure. She always offers me water when I am in the club house studying. Whenever I had maintenance issues, they responded promptly and were always friendly. It is rare to find management like this for the price of this apartment (or any apartment really). Reflections staff is absolutely wonderful.

Yes to both if you consider 2 miles to the edge of campus walking distance. Bull runner bus stop is right out front though
