Consistent with what others have said on here, there is a lady that works here that is extremely RUDE, literally laughed in my husbands face when he sat aside his pride and went there asking for help, yelled at him in front of everyone and purposely put him at the back of the line after others who walked up AFTER him. As the ONLY WHITE MALE there, they made it extremely evident where they stand on discrimination. Making phone calls tomorrow with her name to make sure this is reported through the proper channels.

Donate almost anywhere else... I had a pickup scheduled today.. Upon arriving their pickup driver tore the corner of the couch while "checking it out." He then told me can't take it anymore. This is due to his own incompetence...
