All around terrible place to live. The worst part of this was moving in to an apartment infested with roaches and fruit flies. The front office is also terribly disorganized and unhelpful. We moved in almost a month ago and still have yet to receive most of our furniture. Their excuse is “we haven’t ordered it yet,” but the lease we signed was for a fully furnished apartment. On top of this, we were charged a $50 fee for not having insurance. After showing them we did in fact have insurance, they said they would refund it as soon as possible, but they still haven’t. Horrible experience. I would give 0 stars if I could.
