We took our 2020 Utility semi trailer in for an air leak early on a Friday morning. Seth, Kerry and crew inspected and diagnosed immediately, and took care of what turned out to be a minor leak. We were on our way in no time. What great service from friendly, professional, and knowledgeable people! Thank you, Utility Trailer of Dallas, for this great experience!

This place is good specially on the part’s department side .I gave 3 star because of the youngest guy at service desk , he is always mean,disrespectful and in fighting mood. Every time I drop of my trailer with him it comes back with another issues. His estimate is also overpriced. He attitude is mean and not supposed to be at customer service desk in the first place if he is not friendly dealing with his customers. Try to avoid him at all cost if you’re a driver with skin of colored or a driver foreign accent. I noticed being nice with certain group of people and mean to others.

Yes we do. I know we stock a Freightliner fifth wheel and I believe we have a universal option for some trucks. We open at 7 a.m.
