Every aspect of this hotel is excellent! Clean, great amenities (well equipped cardio gym with dumbbells, business center, dining area, indoor pool), friendly employees and the breakfast is fantastic. The lady who runs breakfast is exceptionally helpful. Highly recommend!

Arrived a bit early, but they had a room ready for us. Platinum Elite member it seems I always get a special welcome. Room was great and check-in was smooth. After arriving early and checking out the room...we wanted some extra tea and no coffee and the maid in the hallway was extremely happy to help. Meet all our needs of the weekend and as always makes the stay a little bit more enjoyable. Breakfast is always hot and has many options for us, both hot and cold. The front desk is always willing to help with directions and/or suggestions for good places to eat. Very enjoyable stay, we have made Holiday Inn Express Grand Forks our first place to stop every time we enter the United States. #enjoyable #familyfriendly #outstandingservice

Staff at hotel was very friendly, responsive and helpful. Room was very clean -- love the feather pillows. Want one! Nice to see the hot breakfast back. Well stocked and breakfast lady very friendly. Great WIFI no issues and I was on a video call for hours. My only complaint is that the floors are very loud. Meaning when the person above me was walking it sounded like an elephant. And I know that my floor was the same as you can hear yourself walking. Or if someone was in hallway you could hear everything they were saying. I should note that the patrons were not loud or doing anything out of ordinary. For a short stay it is ok but if staying for longer periods of time I would suggested requesting top floor room.

I would recommend this location to any traveler. The lobby and rooms were extremely clean and beautifully decorated. The bed was very comfortable and we slept very well that evening. The breakfast was very good with just enough choices to satisfy any eater. The hostess at breakfast was always busy either restocking or wiping off surfaces. We felt very comfortable eating and staying there with the precautions Holiday Inn had in place.
