Positive: Hotel was quite dated carpets are very worn pool and hot tub areas are very small. Breakfast was adequate at best. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Negative: Overpriced for the caliber of hotel.

There are cheats. I stayed there one night and got charged a smoking fee. And I don’t even smoke 250 they charge my card must be a scam

Hot tub broken, heater in room broken since day 1 and got multiple lame excuses by staff about issue. We were there for 8 days and rather than fix it they wanted us to pack everything up and move to another room. Staff not accommodating to needs of guests or understand customer service. They were all pleasant but not interested in fixing any issues. I messaged corporate during our stay and they said it was up to the hotel to address our problems.. It was clean

The room was very clean, everyone we came in contact with was super nice and always asking if we need anything. The breakfast was subpar but we made the best of it. The bed was comfy and pillows were soft. Water was always hot and cookies were always in the lobby. Would definitely recommend this to anyone coming to grand forks.
