Picking up the order from the store, the fries were cold. HOWEVER, upon voicing the concern, the GM Matt personally delivered new FRESH fries and a free desert. As long as Matt is managing, I will never eat wings anywhere else.

We ordered the 15 piece wings & Samplers plate.Wings were delicious! But the Samplers plate could of been better. The chicken nachos didn't have much chicken, cheese or ingredients on them.

Overall happy with my experience. However I wouldn't recommend ordering the street tacos. Very small portion compared to what they used to serve!

Food and service was amazing! I ate so much! The place is clean and staff are always friendly and accommodating. We go to this restaurant approximately once a month, probably more times a month if we lived closer. The atmosphere is amazing when bringing young children. I don’t have to hush them the whole time. My children can be a bit louder than normal while eating dinner because nobody can hear them but my family and I. I have gone to this restaurant more than I can count on two hands and have always been treated with the utmost respect. I would def recommend friends and family to go here for a nice evening outing.

They forgot the wrapper but ya forgot the question. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I too am not impressed by Buffalo Wild Wing's new management. The menu is worse, service remains okay, and the prices are still high. After the recent corporate takeover, what was once a mediocre hangout to substitute cable has turned into a hole to drop $15 on shredded chicken breast (aka Naked Tenders). The portion sizes have decreased, and last time I went with my friend they would not honor his nonexpired, printed coupon because their electronic system was down. I gripe with you, avoid BDubs.
Masks are to be worn when not at your table. Staff was fully masked up per mandate guidelines.
