Poor customer service. Room was never cleaned, and when asked at front desk they said “Cleaning staff were probably being lazy and skipped it.” We were told to call back to speak with manager about it, but they keep dodging our calls, always saying no manager is available. The breakfast staff were friendly, but that’s it. All other staff never greeted us or smiled. Room smelt very stale. And bathroom fan didn’t work. Really disappointed, will not be returning here nor recommending to anyone.

Would have gotten a 5 star but there's something weird with double billing when booking the room. No big deal cause it's always a pending charge and ultimately it gets taken down. But just to heads up. And everything is great there.

Pool was freezing! Hot tub was cold first day and colder 2nd. Rooms are tired. Breakfast was decent. First trip to USA in 3 years and pool/hot tub nit working was a true disappointment. No compensation for it either. Newer places with better accommodations at the same price. Would not go back.

Morning shift employees were great and so was continental breakfast. We had afternoon shift employees that did not know what they were doing. When we checked in we were given complimentary drink and told that he could only give us one per stay which is ok. On the second day there we went for a drink and there were 2 free drink tickets which we never noticed as they were stuck together. The young lady told us that it was actually one per day but wouldn't let us use it even though we were told the wrong information. It hot tub could also be updated as it was not very warm
