Nice hotel. Very clean. Debbie at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable. We only stayed a few hours, as had to catch an early flight, but have no complaints and would stay here again.

We love this hotel and always stay here when we come to Grand Forks. It is always clean, the beds and pillows are very comfortable, it's close to campus, and the staff members are great! We also love that they have a little bar in the lobby.

Clean modern rooms. Appropriately sized. Staff have been very polite and helpful. Room rates are very competitive. Cooked breakfast is not inclusive, but gold and diamond members can opt for food and beverage credit instead of points which will give $10 a day at this hotel. Has an ATM near the elevators. Lobby bar is well equipped. Snack pantry is well stocked and food credits can be used for these items as well. Parking is adequate, but there isn't much in the way of truck parking aside from a small spot on the south east side where people were parking trailers and larger vehicles.

Heartfelt gratitude. The entire hotel staff was warm, kind, and helpful. Many went well above to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The hotel is clean, attractive, and well maintained but nothing extraordinary. What makes this place stand out is it's exceptional customer service, absolutely the best care you can get away from home. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of our entire family!
