House keeping is a problem. They are supposed to clean the room after the third nights stay, ours didn't get touched and despite asking repeatedly at the front desk it still didn't get cleaned for the rest of our 6 day stay.

Overall a well maintained property, but showing the need to upgrade some basics like carpeting soon. The clerk at check-in was less than helpful, needing strong encouragement to change my room after advising him the TV in my first room didn't have a signal regardless of input source. He did finally get me a different room, but wasted a half-hour of my life after a long, 560 mile driving day. The open space for pets is large enough to let them run as well as go, and the breakfast was simple but reasonable.

Positive: Nothing¿ I¿ve never been picky about a hotel before or asked for a room change but this was the first time I made that request. Was told it would get taken care of but they did nothing so we left and paid for 2 more days without a refund. Horrible! Negative: People next door were partying all night, I complained after they woke my 1 year old up 3 times so I went and bought a new hotel room because they didn¿t have any rooms for us at their establishment. Could hear the neighbors talking about coke all nigh
