Great pool and hot tubs tho one the jets didn't work. Warm temps! Breakfast was ok. Limited options and no gluten free/dairy free alternatives. Ran out of hot food before everyone was finished on the Sunday. Rooms are very clean and comfortable beds. Great service. Asked for a room between us and other guests as wasn't busy but had a noisy room beside us tho almost all other rooms were empty. Talked to service desk and they graciously moved us the 2nd night.

After staying there this past weekend. I was not only charged the $77 but again for another $107. The front desk person Jered was completely rude. I was told the $107 would be refunded. But tonight I was charged another $184. It’s crazy because it’s literally the $77 and $107 added together. Room was nice, housekeeping was great but the service at the front desk was straight garbage.
