First and foremost the older African American lady with glasses that works the front desk was very rude and wouldn’t explain the charges on my card. She would not listen to what I was explaining to her and kept dismissing me saying “it will go back on the card.” She wouldn’t give me a dollar amount or let me know if our last night was comped out or not. My friends and I stayed for 4 nights and we were only supposed supposed to be charged for 3 nights due to our catalytic converter being almost stolen from our rental car that was promised by the manager. There was a newer associate helping us and she stated we could get some snacks and water for free. My friends and I grabbed some waters and sat down in the lobby once we got done and then went to grab the snacks and the office staff said our free snack and drink time frame was passed. Overall, poor office staff and subpar breakfast.

Everything was fine until that $450 charge showed up. For a one night stay. In addition to the $200 I was charged for the room. So that's nearly $700 I've been without since 5/13, today is 5/18. I can't afford to eat tonight because of their malfeasance. I'm a diamond member, but this experience has me committed to never using the Hilton chain again.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was awesome. Mostly the night Audit. And the night audit was above and beyond when I needed to ask a question and get extra towels. When their was a line of people behind me. He kept his composure. He apologized to the rest of the customers in line. Told them to grab a water or snack while he was helping me with my issues. I give the night audit a 100 %. His name was Joseph. 👍

The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The room was comfortable and quiet, the gym had everything that most people need, the pool was good temperature, and the breakfast buffet was perfect. Sierra (managing the breakfast on the weekends) was extremely pleasant and helpful. When checking out, Lynn realized that the airport shuttle was late and she immediately ordered a Lyft ride (paid for by hotel) for me so I could make it on-time for my flight. I would recommend this hotel for anyone staying in the area. Top quality and cost effective.
