Roaches. I checked in on 06/12/2022. Found bugs in my bed on the morning of 06/13/2022 . I wrapped one of the bugs in a napkin and delivered to the desk. Bed bug. I returned from work that evening and they moved me to another room. Between 10 pm and 11 pm that night I found roaches on the walls and floor in the room.. I went back to the counter and it seemed that I was not their priority. I went to work that Wednesday morning and returned later that day. I asked the desk clerk if someone had inspected my room. She stated that a work order was started. Basically, you are on your own. I grabbed all or my stuff and checked out of that place and I was surprised that they charged my credit card for the 3 nights of hell

My stay at this property was pleasant and the staff were nice. The reason for the 2 stars is the bad odor in the room and the pool was closed during my entire stay. The odor was bad and seemed to come from the carpet. I told the attendant at the front desk. They sprayed but the odor persisted.

This was by far the worst room I stayed in the toilet sprayed water everywhere the was black mold under the bathroom sink and when we brought it up the lady at the front desk just shrugged I would not recommend

Well let me start of with energy is everything and the very beautiful and nice clerk named Tameka was so informative and patient with me and my family and all of our questions. She made me feel so welcomed and is very on tip of things. I am very satisfied with my stay and I love love absolutely love my room. It feels like home away from home and i am super excited until our unit is ready 4 move in...thanks so much you guys....
