Hello after reading all the comments about these offices and officers working in it I was very nervous and frustrated cause I had my interview for the Green card today, well surprise surprise!!!! Let me just say that I was in shock about all the kind people that were working in there!!!!! It was amazing the way we were treated, very kind and professional. From the security people at the door until the officer who lead our interview were fantastic!!!! We became calm from minute one!!!! Everybody were so helpful and nice. I would love to thank Officer Williams, she is so professional and irradiated peace at all time we prayed to God to put the correct person with is and as usual our lord is beautiful and gave us this angel, even though we didn't have an answer right away we left the place so thankful with God first and with all the great team at USCIS!!!!!!! THANKS AGAIN FOR BEING GREAT HUMANS!!!!

Security staff is rude and incompetent! Entered the building and one of the security guys were barking orders and he wasn’t understandable. The when you do something wrong they’ll yell at you acting like it’s your fault. Just had an interaction with one of these contracted security guards earlier and need information on where to file a complaint. I requested to speak to the contractor’s supervisor and they refused to give me that info. If anyone has more info please contact me. I need to file complaints on a security guard by the name of C. Herpin and his co-worker. These 2 were rude, arrogant and absolutely disrespectful in every way. People should not have to deal with this behavior and I advise anyone who goes through this type of treatment to file complaints.

I recently got my citizenship and everything went smoothly! All agents working here were very nice and helpful and the place is very well organized and they are pretty quick as well! I just wish I could have done everything in one single appointment but I understand covid made everything more lengthy!

The website shows that the office does not accept online self scheduling or walk in appointments. Only by calling the customer service help line or sending in electronic service requests can you POSSIBLY be scheduled to talk to an actual immigration officer as opposed to an agent.
Only if they have appointment from immigration for Saturdays.
When your visa is approved, your passport is stamped for 6 months while your visa arrives
