We booked a room in advanced, and when we arrived. I was told that they weren't accepting anyone and didn't have any rooms, to call other locations near by to check if the had any available. When questioned if we could speak to a manager she said that they weren't there and that the manager okayed the giving away of rooms. So, reservations don't mean anything at this location and those who book in advance don't matter. I've never had this type of issue before and don't ever plan to get a room with extended stay again. You've lost business and the ladies working the counter sucked.

I had made a reservation for A-kon one month prior to the check in date, and when I arrived they told me they were overbooked and were not going to honor my reservation. They did mention a corporate client booking, so I suspect if they're overbooked they will give away normal rooms who reserved in advance to larger corporations.

When you book 3 rooms, 2 weeks in advance, get there at 7 pm and then get told that 1 out of 3 rooms was available because the rest are dirty. Confused, we said that we could wait. The guy behind the counter that helped us was super nice and sweet. He tried to come up with different ways to help us. He called the manager to see what could be done and the manager said to call hotwire and get a refund because they were not going to be cleaned. When we started to question it the manager said, "It is not their fault customers don't check out in time." She did not apologize or offer any help.

If I could give a negative star I would. We made a reservation through the app BringFido (app that secures dog friendly travel accommodations) for 1 night, booking 10 days prior to our stay. When we arrived the woman at the front desk told us they were not accepting any new check ins. She stated that they should have never accepted the reservation in the first place, and they didn’t have housekeeping staff. Following up with “the housekeepers are doing the work of 3 people each”. She told us to contact the site that we booked through to arrange for other accommodations. And while this was all incredibly inconvenient, the part that made me angry was that she never once apologized. Zero I’m sorry. And she aggressively acted like it was our fault that we booked in the first place. She turned her computer screen to show us the availability of -4.1 rooms. When speaking with Bring Fido (they were great) it turns out our reservation was confirmed with the hotel through them days ago. The hotel never contacted us proactively to let us know about any changes. Nope, never again will book Extended Stay, especially this location due to the rude and unprofessional interactions.
