You can't go wrong with Telco! We've had them out to our house twice in the past year to first repair our dryer and the second time to repair our ice maker. Both techs who came to our home were friendly, clean and on time. Communication was great and price of repairs were very reasonable. We will most certainly be contacting Telco any future needs.

Had Tanner come out to diagnosis a Samsung dishwasher. On time, courteous and knowledgeable. Price given for repair was very fair and he even had suspect part with him. Great service, both from the company and the technician.

Had a tech come out before and they fixed our fridge, but 3 months later it started making noise again, so when we called the operator had said it was not under warranty and it would be 80.00 just to have them come out and look at it. We told her they just fixed it and she still seemed quite blunt about the minimum $80. So we were not impressed with that attitude. but after Nick came out and looked at it. He saw that the problem was most likely caused by a wire that got caught between the seal and caused moister to get in and start causing ice buildup. And it was most likely caused by the last tech that did the repair. So he did not charge us. That is a company that has integrity. So I would recommend them. Thank you Nick. Very nice job!

Unfortunately, we no longer work on audio equipment. I am sorry for the inconvenience.
Hello. It depends on the age of the unit and if it needs parts are they available. What is the brand and model?
We can, but with a caveat. While we are fairly successful on most record players, its not uncommon to get in a situation where parts are no longer available. We do not work on record players that are on the inside of consoles anymore as well.
Have you lost all channels or just some? Have you tried rescanning the channels? A loud thump is pretty vague. I would try another tv in that spot or a cheap pair of rabbit ears to confirm which is the issue.
We would need a model number to find out if parts were available.
Unfortunately, we do not offer repair on headphones.
Hello Albert, I know this a question from a long time ago, but I did not know these types of things even existed on google. Please call me if you still have questions on this tv as this is a rear projection LCD tv and does not have a colorwheel in it. What kind of symptom are you having? Thanks, Shane
