Worst job I have ever had. Supervisors wont take calls for complaints even when customer requests one. Not allowed to disagree with customer so you have to put up with abusive language, threats, etc. Break room is so dirty the cloth chairs have food stuck to them. You were trained for every call to give this same response: When customer had a problem with bill or their cell phone wasnt working your response would have to be "Good news". Then you found a way to add to their bill. Training class started at around 28 (?) people and ended with 6. The one positive benefit was the pay was more than average for most call center work. There is no "good news" at Conduent. Unless you walk out the door.

Ever since this company was bought out from Continumm it is a horrible place...they don't care about their employee's. Was one of the best places to work now 90% if the staff left the company.

Worst job I ever had. Place was filthy too. Are they WDS? Xerox? Conduent? Idk what they are called now. Most good companies keep the same name for many years, it's just confusing.
