Location is perfect and convenient, so many different restaurants and shops nearby, and the complex does a beautiful job maintaining both the landscaping and interiors of the buildings. I’m very happy to be a resident, no complaints.

This is the worst apartment complex in the area. I stayed here for 14 months and I never once seen anyone clean or try to maintain the apartment. The only gate that secures the building never works and your package will get stolen, and the office won’t do anything about it. The apartment manager Maria has terrible customer service and is constantly getting over on the tenants. Just know if you rent here she’s gonna hit you with some type of charge that she can’t justify and then have her receptionist say “she isn’t in the office.” You will never get to speak with her to actually resolve the issue. Shady complex.

We selected to move to Post Eastside because of its location (close to my work). We saw the reviews online and talked to the Leasing Contact at the apartments (Mark, no longer with the company) regarding the bad reviews. He assured us that the carpet charges were due to some tenants having pets and it being extremely dirty. We did not have any pets so we thought we would be OK. We were wrong. Management sent us a pre-move out checklist and told us that they would provide us a receipt for anything that they would have to do in the apartment. They have sent us the statement since, charging us $525.62 for carpet with no receipt included to substantiate the carpet change. Even if they decided to change the carpet, I strongly believe that we as tenants should not be liable for it. There is a thing called COST OF DOING BUSINESS and this management company does not seem to understand that. Additionally, them changing the carpet is a capital investment that they will reap the economic benefits for in the future, and I have to pay for it??? During the two years and a half that we lived there, we extended our lease twice and they did not do any cleaning of the carpet or anything. Additionally, they did not change the air filter once or put any effort in maintaining the common areas clean and organized. The clubhouse kept staying closed long after the pandemic, because this did seem to be convenient for the company. The gym had broken equipment throughout the two years and a half that I was there, and no disinfecting wipes during the pandemic. The experience at this complex has been horrible. This is the first review that I have written online. I was against it in the beginning but decided to write because consumers need to be informed, and not fall prey to landlords that think they can get away with anything. TLDR: Unless you can levitate, be ready for those carpet change fees and any other fees that the management comes up with in order to prey on people.

They don't know what Luxury stands for. Sure the staff is friendly. There's always ALWAYS trash next to the elevators. ELEVATORS STINK from the trash. The apartment was dirty when I moved in, they had to send the clearing crew TWICE to clean. I was missing the stove covers-for two-three days. I didn't renew my lease because they wanted to increase my rent $150.00 dollars because they claim the apartment was priced incorrectly. They charged me $500.00 for PET DAMAGE TO THE CARPET - I don't have PETs!!!!! I have pictures of my carpet, they claimed it was under the sponge of the carpet that had to be treated...FOR WHAT? I'm still waiting on an answer. So many other things....smh LUXURY is defiantly what you will get.
