Have had really good experiences with Emilee and staff. Sometimes their communication is a little off, but I think it's because the staff is often floating around between animals, vets, and caregivers. I do wish their billing was more straightforward - there ought to be a menu of services with costs assuming people visiting don't have pet insurance.

The Animal Clinic doctors and staff are fabulous! I’ve been a client there since 2001, and have always had amazing service, but I have an indoor cat now, so the last time he was seen was 2016. Last week we noticed some concerning behavior and I wanted to get him into the vet to be seen. Having known Dr Bales for over 20 years, I called and asked if there was anyway my kitty could get in the same day. The staff was super helpful and said that one of the doctors would squeeze me in ASAP. I came in on Tuesday and again on Wednesday. On Thursday I received not one, but TWO calls checking to see how kitty was doing. We finally decided he needed to be kept overnight for a little extra help, and I brought him in immediately. Dr Bales, and Dr Kurt both took great care of my kitty and kept me updated throughout the weekend on his progress. He is home now and doing very well. I can’t thank the staff enough for all of their kindness and compassion they continue to show year after year. I love this clinic and we will never go anywhere else.

The best vet in town. Prices for exams are comparable with the affordable vet clinic across town. They have always been able to schedule same day appointments for health concerns. My dog was really sick last year and they worked with us to make sure we could afford it. 10/10 would recommend. 🐕 🐈‍⬛
