I’m so disappointed in the care given by this hospital to my mom. From the security people to some of the nurse. It’s a hit or miss with the quality of employees here. There is no quality patient care at this hospital and I can’t wait to take her mom. Disgusted and disappointed.

The nurses are butchers.its not the operation you have to worry about it's the after care by the nurses in the ICU. They are horrible.they stuck me so many times in one place my hand is numb now . have the time they can't even find the vein im sorry I have not one good thing to say except good luck I'm even now checking with my lawyer to see if something can be done about these butchers

I could not brag enough about this place!! Naturally, going to the hospital creates a lot of nerve and anxiety, however i was so extremely impressed with the hospital staff, the cleanliness, the friendliness, the attention to detail. Honorable mention to nurse Elange who took amazing care of me over my 4 day stay and Dr Aneja for going above and beyond. Hopefully i won’t have to go to the hospital again any time soon, but if i do, I will most definitely be back at Westside, with ease!

The hospital should send you a link after your dr’s surgical coordinator sets everything up. You can then fill it out and they will guide you after that.

I’m sorry to hear that Annabelle. I asked for a blanket in the ER and they gave me one and then there was also a blanket in my room when I was admitted. Nurses were very nice. They needed to find a blanket for you on another floor. Nobody wants to be cold especially since it’s already extra cold in a hospital.
They only do tests apparently
It depends on if what you need to get done fist determine if you need to make an appointment only labs and some radiology testing are done by walk in but overall outpatient start at 8am to 430pm not 5am thats only if you have a scheduled surgery.

Despite reading all the negative responses, I had awesome doctors and nurses that were so compassionate and kind. Maybe the individuals that wrote the negative remarks, have negative personalities!
