The front desk associates have poor customer service etiquette. This review is particularly for them and not the Doctor. There is a round lady with glasses that looks like she owns 7 cats. She will either double book appointments or forget to put you on the schedule. NO ONE SHOULD HAVE TO RETURN MORE THAN 4-5 TIMES IN A MONTH TIME to obtain a prescription. I'm also reporting to the BBB because I feel that this is a refusal to sign off on the prescription for contact -for an exam that was fully paid for.

Had a wonderful visit at the optometrist. Especially courteous was Dorian who made my visit all the better along with the doctor staff. Two thumbs wayyy up 👍🏾👍🏾

You must always call any doctors office to confirm what health insurance they take.
