Today, July 24th 2022. (10:40am ish) Called Plantation police department directly in regards to a suspicious activity by my house. First contact with the lady officer over the phone was great, very professional and kind. Less than 5 min later an officer in uniform knocked on my door (extremely impressive response time in my opinion). The police officer was very professional, collected/asked all necessary information/questions and left to do his "thing". From an ex-military perspective, this police officer appearance (uniform, gear and posture ) was on point and gave a positive and strong feeling of confidence. On our short conversation I was happy to find out that the officer's situational awareness is also on point as he was nice enough to share with me some information he collected (vehicles, potential suspects) on his way to my house. 5 star to the hard working men and women of the Plantation Police Department, thank you for your service. *I will be inquiring about a direct monthly donation to support this department and I encourage others within the Plantation community to do the same if possible. I wish I could give ZERO stars. Especially to MR Campbell because he definitely shouldn't be called "officer" My first time getting into a car accident was horrible and he made it even worse. Took forever to arrive on the scene, then when he finally arrived stated that we were not there earlier and he has been going around. Like WTH, right. Then he took notes on a sticky note, then when I got my crash report he put that the crash was the front of the car and what really happened is that I got hit from behind. Completely missed the spot. (Obviously the insurance didn't want to pay me) I gave him the benefit of the doubt, we all make mistakes right? Well, I called him to get it fixed and he told me "call the CEO of the insurance company" you can't tell that this guy needs to retire.

Throughout this entire process, she has called me to follow up, ask questions and even just to check in and see how I’m doing. She’s incredible.
