After years of running sotars with no on river holes or damage I bought a star kima as a play boat. On the second trip I grazed a rock and put a 3" slit in the tube. I was amazed at how thin the fabric was! In my opinion star rafts are not suitable for serious whitewater use due to the fragile fabric. I contacted nrs about my concerns but never got a response.

This place. Thank you Mark. So I go in to this place expecting to spend hundreds of dollars on a fitting or pump or something to fit the valve on my old...very old raft..... Mark shows me some stuff, explains some other stuff to me simply enough for me to get easily and sends me down the road with an adapter for a pump in my pocket that will fit my old school military style valve and charges me a grand total of "Thanks for coming in!" When the product, business model and service execute on such a high level, take pause and recognize greatness. NRS MOSCOW is a great business to support.
