First things first, they abuse a lot of their "volunteer" staff. I've seen and heard it happening. Second, every time I've stopped by, it's been filthy, crowded, and violates just about ever ADA policy ever invented. Lastly, it's extremely over priced, and that's due to them being owned by the local cult. it's also why they have so many good reviews, and the only reason they can afford to stay open. This review is also probably going to get me harassed by their members, so to them, do so at your own risk.

Great merchandise at reasonable prices. The staff has always been helpful and friendly. We usually shop there at least once a week and almost always find great deals. Our favorite thrift store!!!

Nothing "thrifty" about this place. They take donations and mark them up well beyond a reasonable price, as if everything's an antique or collectible. Also, they think people with backpacks are all thieves and want you to leave your bag at the door - but don't provide a check for security. They ought to reconsider that policy, for sure! If you're going to prohibit bags, then provide a secure place to leave them

The staff is more often than not unhelpful or rude. The prices over the past few years have become out of thrift store price range. We asked for them to price a trolling motor, and they told us it was $60 as is because they couldn’t test it. If you have an item you are unsure about, why not sell it at a decent price? Overall, the prices have gone up way too much, and they ask for close to retail value on much of their items.

They are open Monday-Saturday 10-6 I think. Not sure about donation schedule.
Masks as mandated for customers and all employees, we have plexi glass set up between cashiers and customers. We also have a system set up where cashiers do not have to touch the merchandise that is purchased.
The HOPE Center doesn't accept large appliances such as ovens, refrigerators, washers, etc. We encourage people to donate (and shop for) these items at Habitat for Humanity: 304 N Main St, Moscow, ID. We do carry mini fridges, microwaves, camp stoves, and other smaller appliances.
